Thank you very much for the great service & detailed report!  It was of great assistance in having repairs and issues addressed.  I can't thank you both enough.  My expectations were greatly exceeded.  I did choose your company based on the information provided on your website, sample reports & my phone conversations with Susie; but  I never imagined the great peace of mind that came with having a third party view the home.  You were right Ronnie, there were contractors everywhere doing work all day!  Robbie and I were very nervous there for awhile, but the tremendous joy of buying our first home is all back thanks to your excellent work!  It is truly appreciated and we will recommend your services as frequent as possible.

My Home Inspections with Mr. Wiggin  truely gave me a peace of mind about buying my home. He went over every inch of my home, told me all the good points about it and what little things that was wrong with it. He didn't rush, he made sure I understood everything and his price was very reasonable.
