Then, he posted the report, along with photos, on his website.
The buyer, seller, and other agent were able to see
everything. Of course, he'll give out hardcopies too....but
how nice to have everyone be able to see photos and a non-faxxed
copy! Plus, you don't have to run into the office or meet the
buyer or inspector to pick up a copy! He had our report posted
that very day. He's available quickly too (tho now that I'm
telling you how great this service is he may start booking up
fast!)
